Construction Manager
Lead on-site construction and installation for Chang Robotics’ industrial automation and robotics projects, coordinating contractors, trade crews, and equipment suppliers. This field-based leadership role oversees safety, quality, installation sequencing, and timely site turnover, requiring at least three weeks per month on site.
ApplyControls Engineer
Design, program, and commission the PLC, HMI, robot, and network control systems that power Chang Robotics’ automation and process installations. This remote role includes travel for testing, installation, and commissioning, working across engineering teams to deliver safe, reliable, and maintainable systems.
ApplyOn-Site Process Manager – Quality
Lead construction and installation quality for process equipment, piping, and utilities. This full-time, on-site role manages inspections, resolves quality deviations, and maintains the records needed for commissioning and turnover, with occasional travel to vendor facilities.
ApplyProject Scheduler
Build and maintain integrated schedules, connecting design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning. This hybrid role works with project teams, vendors, and contractors to track progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery actions, with regular on-site presence.
ApplySystems Engineer
Define, integrate, and verify Chang Robotics’ automation and process systems, managing requirements, system architecture, and interfaces across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software teams. This remote role supports projects from concept through testing and handover, with travel for design reviews, integration, and testing.
ApplyFactory Automation Expert
Chang Robotics is hiring a Factory Automation Expert with experience in engineering project management, site supervision, and testing and commissioning factory software. You will help us deliver Factory 5.0 implementations for America's greatest manufacturers.
ApplyEngineering Intern
Gain hands-on experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams in the design, testing, and deployment of advanced industrial robotics and automation systems. Open exclusively to students completing their degrees by May 2029, this internship runs May through August 2027.

Collaborate with senior engineering specialists to design, evaluate, and integrate custom robotic work cells, controls architectures, and automated material handling systems. Ideal for early-career engineers, this role builds technical capability through hands-on hardware-software integration, system testing, and field deployment support.

Partner directly with senior project leaders to support the planning, procurement tracking, and cross-functional coordination of complex automation deployments. This hybrid role works between our offices in Atlanta, Denver, and Jacksonville and active client installations, with hands-on growth in scheduling, budget controls, and technical operations.
