We’re excited to share that members of the Chang Robotics team recently traveled to New York City to accept Fast Company’s 2024 Best Workplaces for Innovators award. In addition to attending the honoree reception, we had the chance to meet and mingle with other winners, exchanging ideas and celebrating the innovative spirit that brought us all together. Being recognized among so many incredible companies is an honor, and it’s truly humbling to be the only Florida-based recipient on this year's list.
As a remote team, any chance to meet up in person is something we cherish, and the trip to New York was no exception. It gave us a rare opportunity to connect face-to-face, reflect on what we’ve achieved together, and enjoy the energy of the city.
Our founder, Matthew Chang, and his wife, Jamie Chang, also took part in Fast Company's 10th annual Innovation Festival, celebrating creativity and forward-thinking ideas with fellow innovators from around the world.
While receiving this award is an exciting milestone, it’s really a testament to the dedication and passion of the entire Chang Robotics team. Every day, we strive to create solutions that make a difference, and being recognized for that work is both motivating and humbling.
